So, whats after finals?

11:36 AM

Alhamdulillah, i just finish my finals exam! The hectic study weeks have ended. Gosh, it was like hell! Studying last minute is so not good but what to do, as a student you just cant avoid it right? I realize how important it is to attend every single lecture (yes, i miss some of it hmm) and fully understand the topic during class. It makes so much difference during revision time when you have all those small extra notes that you scribbled than the ones that didn't have any! Its as if you cant even digest the words at all because of the time constraint. Its making you panic i guess. I really need to focus in class next semester! No more playing games etc its time to get serious with my studies. I have a feeling that my average will drop this semester. God knows how much i'm scared to see my results in a few week :( Hopefully i get to maintain it hm.

As for now, I only have a week as a preparation before leaving to UK. What for? I am going on an exchange program to Nottingham University UK campus! Its my second exchange program but this one doesn't involve family, just my university. I am so excited but nervous at the same time. How is it going to be like, living thousands of miles away from home? Having no one except you friend around? Meeting new people, adjusting with new environment?

People were asking me, why am i still doing it although i'm going alone (without any close friends)? Hmm. Once in a while, i love to challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone. Just push myself to be in a situation that i am not familiar with. Allah has given me a rezq to be here and Ayah was so excited for the past few month after my confirmation to be here. Its also a chance to make my family happy, because they wanted me to get out of the typical mindset and explore more. So, I agree. And eventhough i have no one to share my experience, I will try my best to make friends later. Although having my bestfriends with me on this trip will be the best thing ever....

Anyway, wish me lucks with all the preparations etc! Will start blogging more in UK about my adventures.

Till then,
XOXO
